Try now... We think it should be fixed, although there will still be the earlier issue related to having an acute e character in your name. We're still working on fixing that one. So hopefully you are now better off, if not perfect. :)

thanks Nathan for your "heart" work

additional infos: my Dossier and that of others sometimes does not show - sometimes yes. Othertimes if I´m logged out and on my profile page - all achievments, quests, mission runes are gone.

In this case pn= populated my name with Andr%u00e9+Boeing - replacing it with Andr%26eacute;+Boeing did the trick and all is back to normal

All the best for hunting this bugging bug down ;) If you need help in beta testing and or specific feedback, let me know.

cheers
André
Thanks Nathan - currently looks bueno...
Still - my "evidence log" does not populate correct. It logs my unassigned content but not the assigned ones.
"How does this guy get all the runes without any evidence ? - must be a cheater" ;)

Take your time :) - as Gamer we are used to extended beta-development, when a new game comes out
Hope that solves something, more of us experience here....
cheers, André
In the meantime, if you like, you can send me a list of how you want your evidence logged and I'll see if I can take care of it for you.

Thank you Nathan - but that would take your precious time away from more important things - time that could help and serve all Community members. I gratefully reject and wait until the bug has been hunted down..
hahaha, cool.... cheers

Thank you for your tweet, Nathan. I created this new, temporary account so that I could post my question on the help forum. Perhaps you could direct it to a game runner?

I am a secondary school teacher and one of a minority of female users of the Evoke site (I counted, and we're about 20%). I joined Evoke to gain education and experience in social entrepreneurship.

Until today, I have been enjoying Evoke quite a lot. So much so, that I decided that my food security action (ACT2) would be to invite the Toronto users of Evoke to participate in "The Stop" community gardens - maybe as a group. To do this, I sent a very brief comment with a link to my blog about the gardens - but only to Toronto agents. I even sent it in the middle of the night, so that they would not be bothered by the intrusion. No sooner had I sent out the comments, than I found my account had been disabled by Evoke - or Ning - I'm not sure which.

All morning, I have attempted to get someone, a moderator for example, to answer my email asking why my account was disabled and how I could get it back on. I found a blog written by an agent (not anyone I have ever written to) saying that he was going to take action about this stupid behaviour. From that posting, I imagine that he believes that I am a spammer. I am not. I am actually only trying to complete ACT2. I don't believe that whoever disabled my account has read my postings, however, as they are not rude, or intrusive in any way. Perhaps it was done by an automated system? Are you able to reactivate my account?

This is the first experience I have had on Evoke that was not in the spirit of collaboration. It is too bad that The Stop will not be able to benefit from the participation of as many Torontonians as there could have been, had this not happened.

I can not see how this is significantly different from the location map that another agent is putting together. I just used the advanced search, instead of a map, to reach out to others from Toronto. I couldn't find a way of adding recipients as a group, though, and it would not be appropriate to send out an evoke to so small a group. No one from Toronto would have noticed it.

I'll pass this along and see if we can get you some help.

Thanks for your help. I really appreciate it.

Somebody else chiming in here: it appears that was totally Ning's fault. We don't really even have much of a way to tell that you messaged everybody in the Toronto area. It appears to be part of Ning's (slightly overzealous) spam control system. I'll let Nathan follow up with you from here. :)

I am having a major problem with my Evoke acct. My blogs are stuck.

When I'm logged in, my 7 blogs oshow words, no Share function or power up buttons function.

When I'm logged out, I check my own blogs to see how it is, it says I have (7) blogs but does not show I have any at all.

Pls help! Thank you!
Hi Karen

Nathan is out for the weekend and will be back on Monday. Don´t know if there is a "weekend shift" of the core team.

My guess is that you experience problems because of the special character in your name: in your case: the dot in "Karen L." - I have problems related to my "é" in André. Nathan and his crew are working on it.

What puzzles me is, that your problems are Ning platform related (the Blogs) while the bug usually occurs on the Game application written by Nathan and his Crew. Let´s see what he can make of it.

kind regards from Germany
your fellow Agent André
Hi Andre,

I hope they fix it soon. : (

Well, at least the send msg system works. Thank you for your reply.

Karen
