A crash course in changing the world.

Week 10 CODE PHRASE: "That which is good is never finished."

It's an old Tanzanian proverb: "That which is good is never finished."  What do you think this code phrase means to the EVOKE Network?

I think this speaks to the fact even scathingly brilliant ideas need to be revisited to make sure they're still good ones. Grow with the times to keep it good.

People thought and were led to believe plastic was good and was disposable, so just tossed it in the garbage. There's still a long long way to go, but at least some in the industry are attempting to make it decompose 'faster' and there are a lot of countries with recycling programs. I'm not sure that plastic is still a good idea in all cases, but there are many who do so it's with us to stay.
it means no matter what we do there will always be something we more we could do, this is a long term thing.
UE agents never deavtivate, they just pursue new projects and goals for good. If you are an agent for good, this is your life. One doesnt stop living when the job is done do they?
The Evoke Network is meant for contributing good in the world and for spreading good you dont have to take pain because it is a chain reaction and Good will look after itself. The efforts of evoke have been started which have a very far reaching impact on the lives of hundreds of thousands people on earth. It is now un ending story and bond has been cemented with active networking............... It is living network now...
This phrase should tell the people in the EVOKE Network that even though they have done good work recruiting and training so many people, the real job still lies at hand.
I love that Nangar... It is a living network now!

To me it says something about how a product can always be improved - but at some stage you have to let go and let it go out there, even though you know it could be better. A good thing can always be improved, but if you focus on the improvements you are not following the most effective use of your energy.

What that means to the network? I see it that the work we have begun on Evoke is not finished and is not wasted, even if we have managed only a little of what we hoped. If we know what else we could have done through EVOKE, we can still continue and do it beyond the game.
Our evokation principles and goals are universal and contemporary, and they will remain in that condition. Thus it is up to us to make a steady and continuing use of them.
The Evokation continues......

I posted this suggestion on CNN and White House comments section. Lets see what happens
I've added your suggestions to the EVOKE wiki OilSpill suggestions page - have you already tried the crowdsourcing suggestions avenues listed there?

It's an old Tanzanian proverb: "That which is good is never finished." This means that a vilian for instance, does crimes and once he has done what he is set after, like world domination, he is done and stays where he is. But the heroes keep doing good deeds and never stop because they always want to help people.

I think this quote is saying the act of being good never stops you have to keep going. If you don't things could go back to the way they were before. That means Evoke will have to go on forever.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
