Share 'Dark Site for the Future'

I sadly couldn't create a dark site, for both links on how to make one, without html experience, are broken. I searched for another tutorial, but couldn't seem to find one anywhere. Nonetheless I found a website that talks about them and it is something I would be interested to do in the future.
