I think the most important factor in managing a crisis communication plan would be how to manage panic during a pandemic. People are crazy and will do whatever they have to do to survive. Being on the other side consists of knowing how to manage these people in a crazy situation and keep them calm and collective the best they can. If this part was left out, there would be choas and anarchy.
In my opinion, the most important secret from the "Guide to Crisis Communciation During a Pandemic" would be learning how to come to terms with uncertainty. Uncertainty in life can be very scary for people to learn to cope with but learning this skill is necessary to do. Once people are able to come to terms with the uncertainties in life they will be better equipped for crisis situations. During a crisis situation if you have not learned how to handle this stress you will not be able to stay calm; therefore, you will not be able to work efficiently and effectively to fix the issues. However, if you have learned to accept uncertainty you will be able to think more clearly during a crisis and will be able to solve the issue in a timely manner.
panic is the most important... people always think the worst. it is important to emphasize the specific areas the disaster occurred so that only the people who need to worry will worry.
In removing panic from a pandemic, it is essential to work with others to create horizontal visibility and promote a sense of calm and community LEARN9

I think that managing panic is the most important if the five. If people do this then the situation becomes easier to handle. Also, people are more likely to get away from the threat faster than a panicing citizen.

I think outbreak communication is the most important because people receive wrong information on important things like diseases and wars. People knowing the truth about things will give them the knowledge and understanding and not a guess.
I think that managing panic is really important. If people don't panic things get done quicker and calmer. For example, when we have fire drills we always stay calm and line up. We don't just start running around. This is why managing panic is important.
I believe that the most important aspect of the "five secrets of crisis communication" is managing panic in an outbreak. You need to make sure that people remain calm during a crisis so that the emergency services can do what they need to do without having to deal with screaming mobs of people, all trying to get help.
I think that the outbreak communication is the most important aspect. Communication leads others to a better understanding and knowledge.
I think outbreak communication is the most important because if you are able to communicate, then, someone will try to help.
