ACT3 Vinegar for Energy Efficiency

This is a plugable, portable, electric water heater in the Philippines. A conductor is located inside the cylinder which heats the water. However this conductor is prone to rust. Dip the cylinder in vinegar for 12 hours to remove the rust. After this, an improvement in heating time is noticed. This means less electricity is consumed during heating.
