Election Monitoring Dark Site!

Many people are predicting a crisis after the 2011 Presidential elections in Uganda. Basically this is based on the chaos that has the people have experienced in the past. The opposition has also claimed that the previous Presidential elections have not been free and fair.
Thats basically why I think that such a site would help resolve some of the issues that arise due to the crisis.
On top of that the site will also help to ensure transparency in the election process through representing timely election results as they are announced.
