This is the dark site I have built. When the next typhoon hits Manila, this will immediately be activated so that information about needs across the city can be accessed instantly by its members. These members will have been key players in the post-ondoy relief efforts (this typhoon hit us on Sept. 26 2009). All volunteers that showed up at relief centres, aid workers, educators, neighbours, will have submitted their data to TYPHOON TIMES groupsite, so they will only have to log in to know where they are needed most, what aid they can provide and how many they can help.
