To expand on my previous post, The point I am trying to make is that some times we don't need to spend years researching and spending $xxx,xxx to find a solution. Why go to the store and buy a new shelf when all that is needed is a

What you have matters more than what you lack:
Many time I have banged in a nail or used some duck tape as a "quick fix". I look around now, years later, and the nail still holds the shelf fast and the duck tape still stops the leak in the shower! Some times
the "quick fix" is
simple enough to be the lasting solution.
