It might sound funny, but my hero is known as man who changed the world, but not like you would think.
He founded Microsoft and gave us Windows. He has named the wealthiest man in the world for serveral times.
His name is of course Bill Gates. Maybe he is a controverse entrepreneur, but this doensn't matter to me. It's his effort and persistence (, his money ...) that makes him -and of course his wife- important to the world. The Bill & Melinda Gates foundation promotes…

2. Don’t fight culture!
This is the most underestimated and most important thing to me.
I mean, we're not trying to change the people living in miserable circ**stances, we are trying to change the circ**stances.
I never want someone to feel humiliated by my actions even though I take them to help. There should be more than that. This help should unfold on the base of a relationship, face-to-face that suggests the people, I may be luckier than you are, but I am not better…
