In the not so far future, women across the world will be undescrimated against in the job world. Women will be acknowledged as different but equal to their male counterparts. Women will be seen as having a different and just as important impact in the working world. In this future women will be paid just as much as men, and given every opurtunity to get the same amount of money as men make.
