Dinner in 2020
Best-case scenario, most food is vegetarian and healthy with little meat to decrease methane production. But realistically, I'm not sure it would be that much better from now. With the level of obesity getting larger every year, I do not think we can have that juristic of a change in 10 years...

A better tomorrow.....
In my best-case scenario, 10 years from this day, I will wake up in the morning in a sustainable house, make of plants growing on a exoskeleton-like structure, as designed by Mitchell Joachim. I will ride a hybrid bike to school that charges a battery when coasting and allows you to use it when going up hill. Innovate on existing platforms
Innovating on things that are already in Africa is one of the best tips around. Yeah, you might be able to ship a microscope there to look at the diseases that people have in their blood, but a simpler solution would be to create a microscope attachment for the camera on a phone that sends blood samples to health care professionals elsewhere in the world. Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
