Project on "BLOOD DIAMONDS" for students - get involved!

I work for an educational charity that runs an online learning community, called Rafi.ki (the Swahili word for friend) for schools around the world that helps students share ideas and work together for a brighter future. It is free for all non-UK schools to join - it contains communication tools and cross-curricular projects around global issues, and is safe and moderated.

Hey Emily, just read the story on BBC thanks to your status. I went to high school (girls boarding school) with a couple of girls from a nomadic community. During school holidays, they would have to catchup with their village which moved from place to place in search for water for thier livestock.

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
