Rhode Island had the biggest increase in its poverty rate among the New England states, with 133,000 Ocean State residents now living in poverty, according to U.S. Census data released yesterday.

Think creatively: start big, use constraints as a filter and find the simplest solutions.

I believe this can become every effective because not enough imagination could hurt a person thought process. Put it this way if you start small you'll never get to the bigger picture, so if you start big and work your way down everything becomes attainable. A phrase i like to us is "Go Big, Or Go Home".
