On this day in the year 2020, I will be celebrating my husband birthday with him. We will have purchased a solar cooker, and while we may not use it all year round at this point we do try to use it in the spring and summer months, where we want to be spending more time outside anyways. At least this way we're conserving some energy, and not sending emissions into the air from burning fuel or charcoal. Reading this mission made me think of a ton more than just what I'll be eating for dinner at this point in time. It made me think about family. I'm hoping at this point I will have started family as I'll be 31 by then. As of right now that's not quite in the prospects but hey the future is filled with surprises.
