Pay It Forward

Yesterday I cleaned the kitchen for my parents without them asking or realizing that I was going to do it, and in return they giving me some money to go shopping that I can buy CD's with. If you do acts of kindness for another, it is all too often that they will return the favor and do something kind for you, often with you even asking! If this were to happen on a global scale, people would be much more friendlier to one another, and possibly much more could get done! Pay It Forward, starring… Continue

Transferring Money - Simple and Easy

Michael Ivey has an idea that transferring money and paying people should be as easy as sending a twitter message on your iPhone. Many people get direct deposit or a check handed to them from their employer, but Michael's solution sees the future of how money can be transferred, and valuable resources could be saved in the process.

With Twitpay, Michael has linked his PayPal account to his twitter account, and today the service has almost 15,000 users.

Water Movie

I plan to use my talents in filmmaking to make a water related movie that has water as part of the major plot-line. Through my resources I will have famous actors act in the movie and it will spread around the world. The movie will be about a shortage of water supply, and at the end there will be a water-awareness related activity that would make the viewer realize that this problem was real. It will take place in a third world country (or at least part of it) and the other part will take place… Continue

Colorado Climber's Three-Year Expedition

Internationally acclaimed mountain climber Jake Norton is hoping to raise water awareness by climbing each of the Triple Seven Summits, the three highest peaks on each continent.

He hopes to raise at least $2.1 million dollars and have 2.1 million people recognize his achievement and become interested in water awareness.

"If people are fetching water all day, they can't attend school. If they're dying of water related illness before they get to school, library, or computer, nothing… Continue

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
