I'm near the back, pumping out the bass line on my tuba, while the rest of my jazz quintet blends their noise into a rockin' dixieland tune. all the sound we're generating is being partially absorbed by the walls, which convert the vibrations into electrical energy, powering the room around us. The day is my favorite day: Saturday night at an underground cafe a block away from my new house.
My entry for this is not exactly helping the food security of someone in my community, but I am helping someone. My family is sponsoring a child in Africa so that he may have a secure supply of food, water, healthcare, and education. I would have liked to do more in my community, but it is difficult to directly assist people in my community
I'm probably eatin with my family, and my (future) wife and I are enjoying lab grown steaks, along with garlic bread made from a resiliant hybrid grain, which is ieasily grown in high temperature conditions. the assorted vegetbles probbly came from a farm tower:
