Dinner in 2020

Remembering the food shortages and the economic plight we suffered, I looked on the curry chicken meal with fresh asparagus and pico de gallo, with a fresh salad complete with tomatoes, onions, radishes, and slivered carrots.

The dressing was a mixture of olive oil, vinegar, freshly-pureed black raspberries and pomegranate flesh. Tossing lightly into the baby spinach greens and the other ingredients, the smells permeated perfectly as the chicken was brought in from the… Continue

Local Farming-- in motion

There are window boxes lying around and some terracotta planters.

Cleaning these up and planting a few vegetables could be a way to

assist those of us here with some fresh food. Doing this for a few more

people in the area could get a wh*** gardening trend started locally.

Taking ideas from Martha Stewart, Miracle-Gro and using certain ideas and ideals, we can grow a sustainable resource for growing fresh vegetables. Once this gets working and takes off, this could also… Continue

Food Security (Learn 2)

Looking at the plight of rural Africans, it seems to me that there is a large issue that's exacerbating these micromanaged farm plots-- not enough knowledge and equipment to help these rural mini-farms prosper and help to provide food for their local communities.

Here, locally, there was a news report about a national group and some neighborhood farming plots in and around Tampa and Ybor City, being renovated and reworked from vacant, unused land. These farms allow for neighborhoods to… Continue

Imagine 1

I am working in my own resource-lean gaming company in 10 years (2020).

We are making games that help to give players innovation and initiative to donate to causes that affect them or loved ones by taking a portion of their monthly fees (80% or more) toward those charities...

When Alchemy calls me for assistance with the Tokyo Food Crisis, I begin by asking three questions:

What can I do to help?

What is an expected outcome?

What is the time frame?

Once I start… Continue

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
