The last 10 years have seen significant changes in the US monetary system. The global economy, the credit crunch of 2008 and foriegn nations cashing in the US backed securities have essentially bancrupt the US Government. Admittedly, my previous experience with an alternative currency consisted of receiving coupons from my fiancee for back and foot rubs. However, that form of payment was nullified after marriage and unfortunately went mostly unredeemed. The future of money is a very interesting topic for me. I foresee a lot of changes in how we transact business in the future economy. The rise of inflation and the instability of the US dollar when compared to many foriegn currencies seems to be a subject of controversy and potential instability. My inspiration came from that movie V for Vendetta and/or from John Gault's speech in Atlas Shrugged. In 2020 on let's say April 6th I will have hacked into the satellite broadcasting system that will show me in a mask on every station across the globe. I will proceed to tell the world that it is time to begin a revolution in water conservation.
