Clean Water
I have actually followed this clean water project for a few years now. When I first read about it years ago in some magazine, some of the ideas they had were amazing to me. It's awesome that people can take these kinds of tasks upon themselves and truly make this big a difference.

My design for powering my portable razor with a potato
It has been proven that potatoes can be used to power some smaller electronic devices such as flash lights. My idea is to use this idea to power my portable razor I use every morning. While this does not seem to be a huge source of power saved, over time it would add up, as I use a charger for this device which is always plugged in, thus always using some small amount of power.

My meal on March 10 2020
My meal would consist of fresh grown potatoes (With skins still on :P ), Spinach, and possibly some Chicken. I would grow the vegetables myself and purchase the chicken fresh from the local farmers. For desert i would have apple or cherry pie from my garden as well.

My shadow.
I chose to shadow Tom Hanks. I kind of grew up with this guy making me laugh, but recently he has been doing amazing things in the area of electric cars. This is one of the ideas I am strongly behind as it will dramatically reduce our need for fuel oils. I am shadowing him on FaceBook, Twitter, and Myspace.

Fourth of July on the Lake
This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal.
