That way, people could easily get involved both with the composition of the plan and having access to the knowledge.

We managed to clean the Riachuelo, and to turn it into a global attraction by creating canals that go under the street. This has created a huge aqueduct that has allowed cities to obtain cleaner and better means of transportation.
