New York City Blackout in 2020?

Over the past decade alone, New York City has faced many power outages;

some where even the wh*** city went into a black out. As a fellow New

Empowering young women through sports

I'm learning more about

woman's roles in society right now and in particular what I'm wondering

about is: how are younger girls getting involved by playing sports in

Afghanistan. I was researching this question online and this article by

UNICEF caught my attention because it was something different from

average reports involving women. The title also caught my attention

Masani, a young Ugandan girl

[Masani] I come from a typical Uganda family. My mother was diagnosed

with HIV/AIDS when I was just 9 years old. I am now 19 years old.

Because of the help I got from "Training the trainers," I was able to

help her get treated at the only hospital for miles. Volunteers in the

organization helped provide transportation fees for me to bring my

mother to the hospital and gave me food while I was waiting for her

AIDS in Africa - Giving Women Skills

This program is worthy of receiving donations because I believe that it is really useful and modern. It helps spread information about HIV/AIDS prevention and what can be done to prevent it. Training women is really vital for the future of this epidemic. The more people know about this issue, the more can be done to prevent it from spreading and treat it properly.
