When I found out that a mission was to choose a hero and shadow him/her or email him/her I knew who I would pick instantly. His names romeo dallaire. To be a social innovator is a multitude of things. you must be open minded. You cant fix a problem if you refuse to see half of it. You must be creative and have to think out side the box, you must be prepared to create new things and ideas to fix old problems because there current solutions are not working.
