My telephone rings and I draw a circle in the air to answer. It's my old buddy from Evoke, Alchemy, who is now the impersonation of the flow of need all across the world. He is the consensus/accumulation/analysis/personality of anything that is happening that needs attention. And I know when he calls, there is something that I have to contribute.<div><br></br></div>

My telephone rings and I draw a circle in the air to answer. It's my old buddy from Evoke, Alchemy, who is now the impersonation of the flow of need all across the world. He is the consensus/accumulation/analysis/personality of anything that is happening that needs attention. And I know when he calls, there is something that I have to contribute.<div><br/></div>
<div>"Hi, what's happening?"</div>
<div>"Tokyo is the downstream recipient of the small rice crop this year. Can you help?"</div>
<div>"Thanks for calling Alchemy. You know it's my privilege to give a hand."</div>
<div>Then Alchemy suggests a plan. "Great, Punion. We have a number of neighborhood leaders who are requesting coaches. Would you like to be there for one specific neighborhood?"</div>
<div><br/></div>
<div>By this time Alchemy is projecting some street views of Tokyo in the air. As I say "sure", we pull into a garden shop and ring the gentleman watering some seedlings. He answers and is thrilled that I'm being brought together with him by Alchemy</div>
<div><br/></div>
<div>"OK," I get to the point. "How is the situation occurring to you?"</div>
<div>Saito responds, "Rice is so expensive. Everyone is complaining that garden veggies aren't enough nutrition," the telephone perfectly translates.</div>
<div>"So there is not enough food?" I ask. "There is not enough rice!" Saito exclaims.</div>
<div>"Oh--not enough rice."</div>
<div>"Yes. People here are missing their cakes and are sick of beans. They are eating peanut butter, but kind of hate it. They are depressed and it seems that the only conversation is about how awful life is now."</div>
<div>"Oh." I reply, listening to every word. "We have a situation of life coming across as not that great. Of course you know about the oldest trick in the book--the king in ancient times who made a deal that everyone gamble one day and eat the next day. Maybe there is something in it that we can use."</div>
<div>Saito perkes up a little and says, "Oh yeah!"</div>
<div>I say, "As a starter, what is your neighborhood all about? What is it most dedicated to?"</div>
<div>Saito offers: "We have one of the most outstanding young string instrument player programs in the country. I don't think one person here does not love how the young people become such fine players. Only a few people do not play themselves. So I'd say we are dedicated to development and expression."</div>
<div>I say, "OK. Let's start there. Call a meeting and remember and re-create who you are as a contribution. Let everyone be involved. Let's see what everyone has for feelings about the situation and then let's see what everyone has to offer about it."</div>
<div>Saito, looking much more happy than when we first began talking, says, "Thank goodness that we have each other. I have to admit that I got sucked into complaining myself. I think I forgot about all the possibilities that we have, simply because of who we already are. This will be a fun project. I can tell. And welcome! We declare you an honorary citizen!"</div>
<div><br/></div>
<div>I'll wrap my story here since we got into meeting plans and then there were lots of details as everyone joined the discussion. Many brilliant citizens saw and invented many creative things--like the public calendar showing the date that more rice would be available. The neighborhood finally adopted their own two dozen rice farming families as they realized what farmers were dealing with. So now the neighborhood is available to those farmers if there are any emergencies.</div>

<div>A most fulfilling adventure is assured when Alchemy calls!</div>

I am so excited. I think I've gotten a bunch of people to play. I'm just announcing, I'm here!
