As a 100 year old woman I have a lot of wisdom to share. Always reuse your water bottles!!!! Many of the things that are thrown away can be used more than once, so do it! Stop being so wasteful and cherish the things you have. Not everyone has clean water so don't take 30 minute long showers just because you can.

I have always been fascinated by the use of solar energy. This may already exist but it would be amazing if we could use a solar plate on the hood of our cars to provide some energy. My car spends most of its' time in the sun as I don't have a parking garage at my apartment complex, and with gas prices rising every day it would be nice to have some help from a resource that is so abundant. Florida is known for the sunshine so lets use it to our advantage!

When I think of what innovation is or where it is originated from I think of this: Innovation (often) comes from constraint (If you’ve got very few resources, you’re forced to be very creative in using and reusing them.). I feel like that summed up how I arrive at new solutions or an innovation to solve problems. When you have limited resources you are forced to come up with a new way of doing something and it really pushes your creativity and imagination to the limit.
