The meal

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Food from the Future

I'm eating a meal in a small Lexington County restaurant. The food is not only cheap, healthy, but it was all locally grown and raised and the majority of the cost of the food went back to the local farmers to assist with continuing their operations. The meal is grilled chicken the poultry raised in the county, while the vegetable are from no more than ten minutes away. The wheat bread was made from wheat harvested locally. All food in the restaurant that is not eaten is composted and given…

Meals for the future

In 2020, I'm sitting at my table in Orlando. I'm eating with my wife and kids. Most of the food on our table cane from the store (the pasta and spices being the main component) but the salad, it's ingredients, and the tomato's for the sauce all came from our garden. We prepared it together as a family, because we always have a spaghetti dinner on Friday nights. By growing as much of the meal as we can ourselves, and only using major staples that are cheap to produce (but impractical to…

Meals in 2020

I will be eating fried chicken with a side of future fries with Polynesian BBQ sauce. I will be at home eating with my lovely wife and child. It will taste like delicious fried chicken and the future fries will justify the food of the future.

Imagine - Food Security

In 2020, I am shopping at the local farmer's market. I am picking up local veggies and meats to cook for my family that night. With these locally grown foods, I can throw meat on the grill and cut the veggies up perfect for my wife and children. All of my family members are happy because the food is not only very delicious but it is also very nutritious.

Imagine2

In the year 2020 we will all be able to get all of our necessary nutrients from pills. The pills will taste like various dishes and have the correct serving of nutrients in them. I will be eating them with my wife and kids around the dinner table and talk for thirty minutes.

It's the year 2020...

I'm standing in my kitchen slaving over a hot stove. My husband has asked for MinkSniffBubbleGum Soup. It's his favorite dish and he wanted me to make it because he has some great news for me. He walks in the door, runs up to me and lifts me off his feet. He has a huge smile on his face! "I got a promotion!" he yells happily. I'm so proud of him, I can't help but give him the biggest kiss ever. He puts me down and takes a big whif of the air. "It smells amazing in here!" I love to see him so…

IMAGINE 2 - 2020 Dinner

It's March 10, 2020. I am eating some chicken breast and vegetables. I am in my home with my husband or fiance. The vegetables will come from my home garden and the chicken will have come from someone who raises chickens in my local area. I will have prepared the meal and it will taste delicious!

Food Security

In 2020 I will be eating with my friends and family. I love buying foods from farmers markets, so we will be in my home eating fresh foods I picked up earlier that day. I'm not sure what I will call the dish or what it will be because it all depends on what vegetables are in season at the time. Spices and flavor are a must so the dish will be very tasteful.

Future Meal

I am in Florida and I am enjoying a meal with my family a local restaurant- there are no more chain restaurants in existence due to poor food quality and a move towards locally grown produce and demand for organic food. I know that my food came from local farms because the restaurant lists all of the suppliers for the food on the menu. The food was prepared in a kitchen that minimizes waste and donates left over food to homeless shelters at night. I am eating Chicken Alfredo and it tastes…

Mission 2

In the year 2020, I am eating dinner with my family and friends at my home in Nashville, TN. We have cooked a home-cooked meal that is healthy and tastes great. Food security has become increasingly important to society over the years and more and more people now have access to healthy, nutritious food. My food came from a responsibly sourced farm and it is almost all organically grown, I purchased it from the local grocery store. The dish is a spinach and kale salad with chicken and shrimp.…

Dinner 2020

It is 6 years from now, almost exactly and what will I be eating? who will I be eating with? I am in Atlanta meeting with a client at a Japanese restaurant. Asian cultures sustain food by eating natural foods and are known for portion controls thus a respectable meal. Clients like to be wine and dined, thus this is the perfect medium. I have white rice, grilled veggies, and some teriyaki chicken. A simple meal, delicious and sustainable across the globe. The taste is magnificent, as I would…

Food Security IMAGINE2

In March 2020, I hope to be in my own apartment or home eating a meal with my husband. I will have purchase our food from the local supermarket's organic section or from a local farmers market. My husband and I will have worked together to cook the meal. I am good at preparing vegetables and other sides whereas, my husband will be in charge of the protein component of the meal. It would be a grilled fish taco on a gluten-free corn tortilla and fresh vegetables. It will be delicious.

Food Security- A Meal From the Future

In the year 2050 I would be eating in my glass house on a floating table surrounded by my family. I would be eating only vegetables and fruits and they would be chemically enhanced to make sure that they are the most nutritious for my body. We would eat only locally grown food and grow most of our own food on the roof of our completely sustainable house.

Future Dinner

I am at my house in Washington D.C. with some friends for dinner. Our food has been grown organically and was purchased at the local farmer's market. We all collaborated together to prepare our meal. The meal tastes much better than any cheap, gross fast food. We made a veggie and chicken dish.

Imagine 2 - What am I eating in 2020?

It's March 10, 2020. I'm making dinner for my mother and myself in our sunny California home. The weather is so beautiful in California that we decided to plant a small garden in our backyard. We are growing veggies, herbs and fruits. We realized it was safer to eat fresh items that we grew ourselves to avoid pesticides and also to enjoy what our wonderful earth provides us naturally. Tonight, we are making pasta with a veggie tomato sauce. The veggies are, of course, from our garden. What…

IMAGINE2- What are you eating for dinner?

It is the year 2020 and I am in Africa sitting in the middle of a circle of young African children. Me and other members of my organization have brought wh*** foods from the US to share and teach about. It is breakfast and we are eating oatmeal. We have brought tons of food to last the children all week. Starting small but trying to make difference. We are also eating fresh fruit. It is sweet and satisfying and all I can think about is how these children have been starving for so long.

Imagine- Food Securituy

It is 2020 and I am just settling down, ready to eat dinner. I am at the apartment I share with my fiance, washing a head of lettuce under the sink. Tonight, we are having a loaded salad dinner. Lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, mushrooms, cheese, walnuts and slices of grilled chicken breast to top it off. I am excited for this dinner, because all of the ingredients came from a local farmer's market. My fiance and I know the importance of eating well- I just like to occasionally throw in the "eat…

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
