2011 Flu

I would ask the teachers union in America to contact their students and their parents to inform them of the crisis and what they can do to combat it. Teachers have a connection to millions of people and are a source of knowledge that people will trust and listen to.

Flu Pandemic

In the year 2011,as a flu pandemic strikes in the United States, a team of bright people come together in a time of trouble to contribute to health of the country.

Considering there was a pandemic I would probably call in all my friends from the college of journalism and communications at the University of Florida.

The objective would be to create awareness so that people in the area are aware of the issue and also to act as a hub to inform people outside of our area what is…

Online Fund For Flu Virus

I would gather a group of both medical professionals and affirmed business people to start a fund for the flu virus. It is vital that we have abundant vaccines in the future.

Calling all local Hero's

The people I would call on if the Flu pandemic hit my part of the world to help mitigate the crisis would be the Boy Scouts of America. We already have an organizational structure within the unit, almost every single youth possesses leadership skills, (as well as most of the adults) and there is a troop in just about every community. They are familiar with the area because they live in the area and so the only learning curve would be a small one in the dissemination of information and…

Crisis Networking 3

The people I gather online are my closest Facebook friends. I mean who else would I talk to. Don't forget the cuties from Tinder.

The Flu

The JCVI research team does research on flu viruses and how they are forever changing. When the next flu pandemic hits, I will call on them to research in whatever way they can in order to find a cure!

Crisis Networking- Imagine 9

If I were to imagine a crisis situation in the future I would have to ask the best leaders to help me create balance again. I strongly believe that people who are leaders can do anything and that a strong leader is who I need by my side to help calm the storm while in a crisis. I would also want someone with a cool head who didnt let stress effect them negatively. To be safe I would have a world renowned doctor to assist me, depending on the crisis, and a great public speaker to help educate…

Crisis Networking - IMAGINE9

If the next pandemic flu was reaching my part of the world I would organize all of the city's transportation works in an online site. This would allow for them to be contacted if there were sick individuals that had no means of physically going to get medical treatment. The drivers could be provided masks and sterile buses to transport the patients in therefore freeing ambulances for other medical emergencies.

Pandemic Flu Reaching Florida

The flu has slowly been traveling across the United States. The pandemic flu has just reached Florida. Although many of Florida's residents have been infected with the flu, we were lucky enough to prepare to deal with the great numbers of people that have been affected. By organizing a group of experienced individuals online, Florida is prepared to address the issues that will arise during this pandemic. Similarly to the Pearl River Flu Clinics, we organized a number of medical professionals…

IMAGINE9 - Crisis Networking Solution

The next pandemic flu has just reached my part of the world. I will organization a group of doctors and local
officials to help guide residents with basic information. A lot of information can be overwhelming especially in a highly emotional and panic driven situation such as a pandemic flu hitting one's area. My trusted and verified group of doctors and officials can lead people on how to stay healthy and announce local areas where flu shots can be given.

Emergency Call to Action

The next pandemic flu has reached the United States and we have created an emergency call to action for non-medical community. Since the pandemic flu has been found prevalent in children, we decided that an emergency call to action should be targeted towards education. The emergency call to action was sent to teachers so that they can help children learn while stay ing at home with the flu.

The online call to action is a format for teachers to input information pertaining towards…

Do something that matters

I would draft a group comprised of local leaders in different fields of expertise. The doctor would be able to provide medical insight, the public safety officer would be able to help make an action plan best suited for the communities needs, etc. The team would be tasked with making sure that the community has the resources it needs in order to fight the pandemic. We would educate people on what to do if they contracted the flu and give aid to them in an effort to contain it. We would work…

Pandemic

Sometimes unfortunate things break out like a Pandemic, and we aren't all equipped with the knowledge to handle it. The internet is a great way to help fix the problem. Non-medical people can do extensive research, reach out to those who know, but if anything provide support for the issues at hand. Getting all the advice is a big start. Sometimes certain foods can help the pain, the sickness thus a cook can help. The teachers and researchers can learn, and then others can help entertain like…

Pandemic Flu

For this pandemic, my group will be my highly trained team of Greg Friedman, Sammie Cline, and Erika Parry. Together, we will create a network of doctors and experts on the flu. This network will help people get healthy and/or avoid the disease all together.

Organizing People

The Flu pandemic has reached my community and therefore I will organize my sorority sisters to raise money and send care packages to those suffering from this horrible illness throughout our community. This will not be a difficult task because there are over 200 of us and if we all bring $3 we can buy supplies to cheer up people in need all over the community.

Mission9

The next pandemic flu has just reached my part of the world and I'm designing an online network where governments safety officials can post to advice and timely warning to the public. This would allow them to notify where certain danger zones are, what curfews have been set in place, where they can seek help, shelter, food, water or medical attention. These officials will help save lives by being available and proactive in providing support and useful information.

IMAGINE9

I rounded up a group of high school and college students who are hungry to make a difference. They have made a campaign and raised enough money to cure everyone in our area who has the flu. They have put in so much time and effort to make this happen.

Pandemic outbreak

My student army gather round as I go over the plan again. We are to take resposibility of each retirement home in the city, making sure that the flu doesn't get into the elderly who are weaker than most. Another group has taken care of the infant area at the hospital and several nurseries around the city. Equipping ourselves with masks and sanitiser we go to work!

Pandemic help

I would probably call on my mum first because she is a medical officer and might know how to keep out of the virus's way depending if it is transmitted through touch, water, or is airbourne.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

The meal

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Foods are vacc** sealded for easy…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
