Today the final doc**ent to allow the full emancipation of women in the Kingdom was signed and delivered. From today not only can women over the age of 18 drive cars - even without a male passenger, own property in their own name and wear any clothes allowed by the Koran but more importantly no person in the Kingdom will, in future, be subject to any form of Corporal Punishment.
