I have thought more about how to create a network of experts, and am considering inviting friends from Q&A sites. They are all talented experts but I'm not sure which ones would be best. Also there seem to be many different willing teachers who can be found through Google video. These passionate individuals take it upon themselves to produce videos teaching and explaining, It is up to us to spread the information around if we are to create an environment of innovation.

Considering that we wont be regularly using nanotech to produce cheap photovoltaic sheets for a solid decade or two, how about using the old photvoltaic crystal set up in cars, using suction cups, and putting them in the back windows.
