I think that a large part of culture and of the way of thinking of the people in an area is extremely strongly related to its language : the grammatical structure, the vocabulary, etc., it all makes you think differently. Food security in France : the disappearing of small cultivated lands and the AMAP solution
In France, we don't have much problems of food shortage. We produce a lot of cereals, animals, vegetables and fruits. The problems are elsewhere :
1/ Food is expensive, so it is hard for poor people to eat correctly (students for instance)

Turning air into water

Let's dream about 2020 : what if everything goes just as well as I hope

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years.
