It is the year 2020 and I am celebrating Christmas with my family. All of the Christmas tree lights and the lights outside my house are solar powered which really reduces are energy use.

Every phone would have a small solar panel on it so that it would continue to charge every time you took it out of your pocket.

I am at my house in Washington D.C. with some friends for dinner. Our food has been grown organically and was purchased at the local farmer's market. We all collaborated together to prepare our meal. The meal tastes much better than any cheap, gross fast food. We made a veggie and chicken dish.

I helped my friend start a home garden. We are growing multiple vegetables and herbs. He was extremely pleased with it and has decided to help one of his friends start a home garden as well.

Food security is a growing problem all over the world, including North America. The USAID has an innovative solution called Feed The Future. This initiative's goal is to reduce by 20% the prevalence of poverty and by 20% the prevalence of stunted children under 5 years old. Additionally, the USAID is investing in the transformation of agricultural systems and nutritional outcomes. They are doing everything in their power to help the problem of food security.
