A crash course in changing the world.
Women in Papua plant roots of independence
Now this is what we should think of when discussing inequality.
Women that are gaining rights for the first time, coming out of slavery and sex trafficking. Women that are access to an education and choices.

The regional water authority focuses on protecting the water we have. getting water to those who need it is great but we also need to educate people on how to use water wisely and how important it is to protect the water we have. It's not like we can just make more.

I would create a short film that emphasizes how little usable clean water we have. I would explain what the percentages are of the water we have, and how much water humans need, and how much water the plaint needs. The video would show the effects salt has on living things and what destruction it can cause in excess. It would come with information on how to reduce this issue and where to get more info.

It is my daughters 10th birthday and we are throwing her a party. We now use a combination of solar panels and a decomposition machine to power the house with electricity. The kids love putting degradable waste into the processer and watching it glow as the waste is turned into power, the remaining mass is a great for fertilizing the garden.

My friends and I often discuses how we would handle a zombie apocalypse, this is kind of similar. the first thing would be to secure a location and inventory current recourses. The next step is to evaluate the environment / infected, how safe is it and who can we help. Then we collect additional recourses, which includes people with different skills, medical, protection, agriculture, and so on. then we go to work.

My neighbors know very little about our city, it's government or recourses. This did not surprise me though, as I did not know much before I looked it up.

In 2020 true equality exists, there is no longer any debate over gender roles, pay, or representation. There is an understanding that people are people, equally, without regard to sex, race, or any other current factors. there is no more Political Correctness, because there is no more discrimination.
Ohh, how wonderful would this be.

I kind of liked it, I did it for a class so I was not interacting and discussing it with friends away from the game. Making it open to the public and getting others involved could lead to more real world involvement and solutions.

Outbreak Communication: How the Sources See the Story
I was a little surprised at how many different things they have to consider when reporting, and all the different agendas that could be influencing what and how it is reported.

I know that this is incredibly cliché, but I would want others to remember that it is the people you touch and help that maters, not how much you have or successful you are. we need to work as a community and protect our environment, it is the only recourse we have.

"Phase II mandatory water use restrictions go into effect April 13 in eastern Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade and Monroe counties, along with a specific portion of Martin county. Phase II water restrictions target outdoor water use, limiting lawn watering and car washing to two days a week: Wednesdays and Saturdays from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for addresses that end in an odd number; Thursdays and Sundays from 4 a.m. to 8 a.m. for even-number addresses. These limitations and other actions and are…

I have a friend with a daughter in Girl Scouts, they are planing a camping trip for this summer. I volunteered to help out and let them use some of my camping supplies. We also went over first aid and safety with her and her friend and took a look at the Florida field guide.

I went and set up an account to try it out. It was a lot like setting up and using a bank account or Paypal, only the amounts are a little different. 1 Bitcoin is currently valued at about $490 US, so my $10 = 0.002 Bitcoin.
