charity: water

I found this project very interesting because it uses something very common: giving presents, for people to help make clean water available to other people. I found the E-card feature particularly interesting as it is a way of donating that helps spread the idea and makes it more interesting for the donor to donate because it gives the donation a purpose.

New Year 2020

I'm celebrating the New year with my family and this event is only powered by the Sun. Instead of celebrating the New Year at midnight, we celebrate it at noon January 1st so that we don't have to use electricity. How cool is that?

Playpower to the power of world's emerging middle class

I've recently acknowledged the existence of the project Playpower "We support affordable, effective, fun learning games. We're starting with an existing $10 TV-computer as a platform for learning games in the developing world." From a future economist's point of view, I find this project really interesting as it will probably widen largely the number of people that will have access to knowledge through gaming and contribute to help the development of the world's emerging middle class. I hope I… Continue

Hoodia dinner

It's March 10, 2020. I'm at home, eating with my family. My food came from my home's garden and I've collected it just before arriving home. I prepared it myself. It's called hoody and it's made from hoodia: a plant that is known for suppressing appetite. It tastes like olive and it's the third and last meal of the day.

Leading Economy of Communion

Ten years from today I expect to be a president of a company that lives by the spirit of the project Economy of Communion. I expect to make conferences all over the world to spread this project's ideals.

Listening to people

I think listening to people is one of the most important characteristics
of a social innovator I could be because by doing it not only it is easier to
understand what people need to improve their quality of life but also
they can work together with me and be part of the solution. By being part of the solution, both they and I will attain fulfillment.

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
