http://joyful-ep.jp/assistant-blog/Llanetz/uploaded_images/BANAUE-RICE-TERRACES-715556.jpg

7107 is the number of islands that makes the Philippines. The Philippines is part of South East Asia and is known for exporting rice throughout the world. The Philippines has a land area of 30 million hectares. Only 13 million hectares of it is used for agriculture. I will now discuss problems that make the Philippines' agricultural state not contributing to the food crisis. I am not degrading my own country. I am showing a… Continue

The impact of walking WITHOUT shoes.

April 8 2010 will be a memorable to day to everyone who participates. TOMS shoes has arranged One Day Without shoes to show us the impact of why we need shoes!

FAQ:

. . Why would a shoe company sponsor an event to not wear shoes...

Why would a company GIVE away a pair of shoes for every pair they sold?

Sure, it might sound crazy at first but One Day Without Shoes expresses

everything we stand for: educating consumers about the impact a pair of

shoes can… Continue

A call to Alchemy

Ten years from now, I will be working to help aid my country, the Philippines. Everyone needs that country's help! Why? The potential of this agricultural country can help us with Food Crisis and maybe, even Climate Crisis or as Al Gore calls it "Planetary Transformation."

By the time Alchemy calls me, I am already helping my fellow countrymen with work, poverty, hunger and what not! Always remember, there is no place like home. This is true. Giving back is the best way to do this… Continue

www.nau.com

Alot of new clothing companies are seeing the importance of resources. Because of this, they are making sustainable materials. And IT IS changing the direction to the clothing industry.

Walking energy!

If I had the chance and great mind to help me make energy while running I would. Everyday we walk. That is a rhetorical statement. Now, what if you could make your daily habit into an energy-making habit? This concept came up to me when I read about s0ccket. Socckets are soccer balls that store energy. How? Everytime you kick, dribble, throw the ball it stores energy and can be used for later. It may sound interesting and it is.

Think about it! You get to be healthy , have fun , save… Continue

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More
