Sustainablity....thinking it.

So I woke up this morning thinking about sustainable energy. What a "game!" I remembered this thing I saw once called the "PEG" Personal Energy Gadget.

The basically the idea is that it takes a persons normal movement to collect energy to charge a mobile device.

Of course in trying to find the information about this particular product I found something that Nokia was doing. This was reported just… Continue

Difficulty with Sustainablity

I think one of the first steps to trying to stretch out what we already have it to localize our energy supply grid. Take it down to the level closest to where it is going to be used. Thus there will be less "lost" in transit, and then you can feed the unused portion back into the grid. Granted this is not sustainable this is using what we already have trying to stretch it out to give us more time to find a truly sustainable source.…

Its new Years eve 2020 going into 2021!

It is near years eve in 2020 and I am watching the amazing light displays (mind you I said light displays not firework displays) all around the globe one after another. The amazing colors and the way they dance within the sky with the laser/light technology that makes it possible to see it as if they were fireworks.

All of these light displays are powered by a global power grid, solar power grid, the power sources being at either end of the globe, one on the north pole (sorry Santa)… Continue

Dinner in 2020

I am preparing dinner for my significant other for our anniversary. The vegetables come from a community garden, and the herbs dried and fresh are from my own herb garden.

It would be a fish meal, and I would get the fish from a local fisherman, caught fresh that day (I am lucky enough to live close enough I see the fishermen come in with their catches). Of course since it was caught fresh, it would mean I would have to clean it myself. I would make sure that it was a fish that is not… Continue

Food growth in the area I live

Wow!!! I was really amazed at the stuff in my area regarding food and revitalizing the soil.

In Ventura there is a lot of farm land, but a lot of the land is leeched of nutrients and the bounty is also getting less.

Grow food party is helping people to learn to grow there own food, and to make beautiful landscaping. I was thrilled to find out about this group!

It mixed fixing a problem and creating a socializing time, which is ideal to bring new people in and extend ideas… Continue

Learn 1

Understand by observing the environment,

infrastructure, culture and lives of people by being there.

I believe that this is going to be the most important thing when you are developing anything, it is underlying to all of the other secrets. You really need to understand a culture and the people you are planning to help to really help them instead of trying to put them into your own little box, to change them.

You have to fully be enveloped by them, to truly… Continue

Moving things forward

One of the many things I see as a problem in today's business world, which effect many project to make things better is they get stuck and no one can get them moving again. So by 2010 my goal is to be working projects that will help to make the world a better place, move projects forward, help them to not get stuck. If they are projects with health care, energy, hunger, or any other.

So my first step to doing that is to focus on getting my Masters in Business with a focus in project… Continue

Jopsa---Healthcare and forward thinking

I have chosen to shadow Jopsa. I believe in the work that Josh is doing with phones and health care and reaching out on an international level.

I wrote an email to Josh to tell him I was impressed with what he is doing, I book marked his webpage and read a news article, and watched the video. I also am now following him on twitter. In my email I asked if he had a Facebook fan page.

I am super excited about this! I needed something new in my life right now, and i was looking… Continue

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
