President of the USofA.

I am now the President of the big USA. Many woman wish they were me because I am the first black woman to become president of the United States of America. This has been my long time dream. I also see the world in a different way. The technology has changed and the econmy is sky-rocketing. Back in 2010 Africa was one of the poorest countries in the world but now they're one of the richest! Almost as powerful as the US's. And their wall street is gaining stocks so fast, it's kind…

A tribute to my school.

I attend East west school of International Studies and we've recently had elections and my good friend Max Poumie won. Starting next year he will be school president. As one of Max's promises is to raise money for our school and to help keep his promise he is starting a school economic system. In this system we will be raising money and do different acedemic, and social reforms and activities. I think this is a wonderful idea. I will be donating some money to help make his dream come true.…

Money

I dont think that there will be a solution of money. I believe people are greedy and will continue to be greedy. I also think that if we had no money how will we survive and make a living. I can't imagine my life without money, it would be very difficult. ANd plus how will you get things. Even from ancient times people had a way of exchanging things and inplying money with it. I dont believe it is possible that in the state the world is today that we can do something to change money. With…

NYC, NATURAL DISASTERS!!

Believe it or not but New York is a magnet for natural disasters. Some

of the disasters that may occur in New York City such as flooding,

hurricanes, earthquakes, heat waves, over population, storms, and

tsunami. I think the most dangerious one of them all in my eyes are

earthquakes and tsunamis. Where would we move and how will we survive?

Where will they relocate us? It's diffuclt and scary to think the

future and the natural disasters. …

Breast Cancer walk.

Me and some friends from the Bronx High school are going to attend the breast cancer walk in May. I think this would be a great way to earn money for all the women who are suffering from breast cancer. This closely relates to the Act of this weeks mission. In the walk we will walk to gain support and money to find a cure for breast cancer.

Mexico first country in the world to launch the "Blue Heart" campaign against human trafficking

I'm learning more about Empowering Woman right now, and in particular what I wondering about about is: Why is Human Trafficking so

important, and why does it relate to Woman's rights? I was researching

this question online, and this new article caught my attention because

it relates to my question and human trafficking is commonly found in

woman cases. Human trafficking is a nation wide problem that needs to be

solved.

Water.org Project

The water project by water.org is my favorite because they're supplying healthy and nutricious water to countries that need it. It's important for people to have clean water to drink and cook. It's a very important nutrious fact and need. I'm from the Philippines and not a lot of the people there dont have clean water to drink and I feel bad becuase there my people. I also feel apethetic for the people in other countries that are dying from contaminated water. This is why this is my favorite… Continue

My 26th Birthday!!

Today is Oct 10, 2020 and todays my BIRTHDAY!! I'm celebrating my birthday in a club. The plat form is elevated and the wh*** club is solar powered. It's pretty much amazing but also cheaper than electric powered club. Now-a-days people don't use electricty, it's worth a lot of money and instead they buy fuel cells and recieve electricty from the ground. Also my car is solar powered as well. All the fossil fuels are being saved because we're close to running out. If you have a car that needs…

You can make a change too!

Aftering Mission 3 Act, Power shift. I'm deciding to not opening the lights in my bedroom and not use any electricity. Such as charging my phone, not turning on my television, radio, unplug my clock, unpluge anyhting that consumes enegery and electricity. I think this will be a good way to not use a lot of electricity and save a little money as well. I would do that and not use any electricity in my house but my parent's will get mad and we cant unpluge out refrigerator and such. It's a mind…

Aviva Presser Aiden and Hugo Van Vuuren

Aviva Presser Aiden and Hugo Van Vuuren are the co-founders of Lebônê Solutions. This article is about making a new system of electricity off the grid and powering it by dirt. This is very interesting and more advanced than 3-D televisions. The fact that you can get electrisity to power LED lights and cell phones off grid from the dirt. Apperently these fuel cells can produce power to enegerize cell phones, lights, and etc. Like what it says in the article:… Continue

March 10, 2010

Today is March 10, 2010. I'm eating a sandwhich with a glass of iced tea and relaxing on the beach watching the sunset with my friends. It's about 7pm and the sun is still up in Spetses, Greece. The sandwhich i'm eating is a turkey, baloney, american cheese, cuc**bers, tomatoes, lettuse, mayo, on a toasted hero. I'm relaxing because in about 10 years from now I would be done with college and celebrating my accomplishments with my good ol' mates. Who made my sandwhich is the guy behind the…

My Garden,

Hello Evokers, I'm here to tell you that not so long ago my dad went and bought some seeds so I can plant vegetables in my backyard. I think this is very enviormental and closely related to the ACT on EVOKE. I'm planning on planting the seeds sometime this week but the weather has been so horrible I don't know if it's possible. I'm scared with all this rain that my seeds will come out of the ground. Not only that but I'm planning on planting the seeds with my best friend Katherine Gutierrez…

Food Security

I'm learning more about food security right now, and in particular what I'm wondering about is "Why is food security such a big issue all around the world?" I was researching this question online and

this news article caught my attention because it explains why Africa is

suffering from food security. The title Fighting for Africa's food security, is

very interesting and relates to my question as to why is food security

Mission 1, Imagine

In 2020 I will be 26 and I'll be done with college. I hope that I'll be done with my major Global History for Highschool students. I also hope that i'll be engaged or have a good boyfriend. I also would like to make a change in the world and be someone I'm proud of. Changing yourself before changing other people for the good is a challenge and it may be hard the first time but soon enough it'll be soo easy. I think that if we start to make a change from a young age when you get older more…

Mission 1, Learn

Sovial innovations is something you do by force to improve a countrys economy and culture by using creativity. Africa is a good example of social innovation. Africa is a continent containing many contries that are under the poverty rate. I think that people should help Africa with there social, economical, and political problems by social innovation. Creative, useful, cheap, and cultural ways to imrove their problems. I think that if people the people of Africa come together as one and use…

Mission 1, Act

I just talked about social innovation and the different problems in Africa. Something I act'ed on to support myself about helping the children and people from Africa is I followed Civa Cronicles on twitter. I find interesting how many people are willing to take time out of their own lives to try and help Africa. Their all social innovators in their own way and I find it inspiring. Many people will think that trying to help another coutry besides their home contry is nothing and have no sympathy… Continue

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More
