Crisis Networking (imagine)

I would get together with everyone I know and have one last moment. This is a good topic because i have never really thought about an issue like that. However, I think if there was a pandemic flu going around I would set up organizations for families how would really panic about it and help them in any kind of way.

Crisis Networking (learn)

Emails would be the best way to communicate. If you want to get more technical you can send telegrams. Also, since we do live in 2010 we can use live video chat live skype.

Indigenous Knowledge (imagine)

I would tell the people to do home gardening. I believe home gardening can bring a household together in warmth and happiness.

Urban Resilence (ACT)

I think my city should start more public transportation. Even though a lot of people have cars and everything. However, I think a city would public transportation can definetly be better than a city without. The reason is because pollution can be kept to a minimum.

Urban Resilence (Learn)

I don't really like to predict any negativity in my future life. However, that is unreal because something bad is bound to happen just like everyone else. The one thing that I would see is a power outage if anything. I don't see food shortage or anything similar to that ever happening because of how fortunate I am. I greatly appreciate that everyday because i know that there is someone out there who doesn't have a meal to eat.

Empowring Women (Imagine 6)

The will be just like they are now. I believe women now a days have made a drastic change 20 years ago. They are so self motivated and making big moves in the world. Many women are getting degrees in Math and engineering more so now than they were 10 years ago. I think this is an amazing thing to lock into.

Empowring Women

I would leave this subject up for my cousin. She is all about empowering women. Right now she lives in Ethiopia and is doing something about empowering women!

New citizens bank (future of money)

The bank would be called world bank. They take all kinds of currency even if it isn't in use anymore. You can exchange your money for any cash in the world!

Future of Money (act)

An alternate source of money could be crops. Instead of using currency we can exchange for crops like corn, strawberries, etc.

power shift (Who else is inventing creative, sustainable ways to power our everyday lives?)

We should use leftover fat from meat to make a blanket. This would keep heater bills down. Also, it would help save electricity.

Food security

If you follow these steps you can have a home garden in you own backyard!

STEP:
1) Get some gardening tools
2) Buy seeds and soil
3) Make sure you have good nutrient soil to enhance the growth.
4) Plant your seed, water daily, and make sure the plant gets light.
5) Then just make sure you take care of the plant and make sure nothing eats up your…

Indigenous Knowledge

There are many different ways of looking at environments and the interrelationships between humans and their social and biophysical surroundings. The perspective of the Western (or Northern) world is often the dominant one in education. The purpose of this module is to encourage an appreciation of other…

Urban Resilence

My city would be just like futurama.

Empowring Women

The first thing I would do is get girls who aren't to sure how powerful they are. Some women don't think they have value. However, that misconception is confusing the future of girls who want to become something "a man would do." The field of Engineer and Math is understaffed with women. They don't think they are worthy enough to take a path into rigorous math. In conclusion i would set up a camp for girls.

Future of Money

I think a great idea is for kids to start saving there money when they are young. The more they save the better the will be off in the future. I know from experience that saving money and not spending it on unecessary things would help out a person become wealthy in the future. Also, another solution would be to have an organization to help countries take care of there families. Even though people in America and industral cities have money the countries that don't can get help.

World Water Day

I would have a world wide competition to see who can take the quiest shower. The winner would be awarder certificate and win a prize.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

The meal

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Foods are vacc** sealded for easy…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
