My favorite secret of crisis communication is "Covering Risk".

The article begin with "People’s perceptions of various risks differ greatly", and that is the key for the wh*** thing.

You have to define in which group is every person before you can start the communication.

The article explain very well Risk and its components

Learn 5 - Time Bank (Banco del Tiempo).

I think this is the best idea I ever heard, The Time Banking focus in the important of people and what they can offer to the community.

This is a little introduction to the subject:

A time-based currency is an alternative currency where the unit of exchange is the man-hour.

Some time-based currencies value everyone’s contributions equally.

One hour equals one service credit. In these systems, one person

volunteers to work for an hour for another person; thus,… Continue

Defining My Evokation

The best leaders are those the people hardly know exist.

The next best is a leader who is loved and praised.

Next comes the one who is feared.

The worst one is the leader that is despised.

If you don't trust the people,

they will become untrustworthy.

The best leaders value their words, and use them sparingly.

When she has accomplished her task,

the people say,…

Water pumping with a bicycle or purificate water with a bicycle?

I present two inventions can solve at least in part the water problem.

Personally I love both of the them, because my country have enough water ( we have a lot of Reservations of underground water and many rivers with sweet water), the problem is the contamination and the distribution of it.

1) System of water pumping with a bicycle - A great Idea!!

A Rotary Club in Zaragoza Spain developed a System of water pumping with a bicycle, the three properties were there it… Continue

Act 3: Changing my self to change the world?

After a pretty long time looking for a way to desing an alternative way for some things I use, I decided there I dont have an inventor brain, and also decided that if I can not desing something new, at least I can change the type of energy I used, adopted a new alternative kind of energy power for the thing I normallly use.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
