Wish me Luck

Though I may only have joined the Evoke for 2 days, the things I have learned would have taken me a wh*** yaer to research about. I have the urge to spread the word. This year it is my senior year in high school. I want to leave a legacy behind me when I leave the school. Not one of being the mastermind of a schoolwide prank (though I wouldn't mind). But rather I want to make the biggest impact on the student body that any single (or group if I can find supporters in school) student has ever…

Generators You Manage (GYM)

When I think of power generation I think of treadmills and manual labour in general. This thought made me think. The place to get healthy for humans, isn't health for the earth. Gym's in modern society are filled with state-of-the-art equipment. They can measure heart rates, and calculate optimal workout sessions with just a push of a button. Sadly, these miracles are consuming a lot of the power supplies in our grids. One fully equipped gym can power and entire row of terrace…

St. Patty's Day

It's St. Patrick day and as a tradition public places are filled with people drinking beer and having a blast. I was assigned to be the project manager of a party in an old barn house which was severely off the grid. When I asked about energy power, the people working under me said they had no idea. That's when I saw some old cars parked outside the barn. I also noted that there were also lots of old and expired crates of beer and other hard liquors.

I managed to turn the…

Generating on the go?

It is tough when you want to to find a great idea. When you find one, you just feel the need to publish it.

I have found an amazing idea while running through some forums. A group of random users were discussing the idea of turning cars or bicycles into energy producing generators. The environment is already damaged enough with CO2 emissions at an all time high. Power plants contribute to this as well to produce electricity.

The basic concept of…

Meal from the future

I remember one day when I was dozing off in Bio class. I dreamt it was the year 2020 and Malaysia had achieved the improbable. we became a fully developed country. The center of wester civilization had slowly progressed to us and we have not seen a better time in history.

I was sitting down for dinner with my beautiful wife at my dad's restaurant. Our food arrived smelling delicious. It was Lamb Wellington with Red Wine sauce. the aroma filled the wh*** room. The lamb was…

Malaysian food shortage?

When it comes to Malaysia, food is always the number one priority. Many people have conflicting views, but one thing remains constant. That Malaysia is the best place to go to for food.

However, we are facing a potential rice shortage. The problem is, we are not doing anything about it. The resource that Malaysians consume the most when it comes to food is rice. It is our main source of carbohydrates and a key ingredient in most of our foods like noodles. Our biggest…

What I could do for Japan?

2020, I would be in Malaysia, working in a psychology clinic in a hospital. I would be married to a beautiful wife and it would be the second year of marriage. I'll have a degree in psychology and accounting from Melbourne University.

I'll be in a session with a patient who is worried that he may be let go by his boss, I have known him for about 2 years by then I know that he has no real problem, that he is just lazy but wont accept the fact so he just comes into my office…

Teach

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him to fish and he will eat for a lifetime.

This cliche is just too true. Whenever we hear a natural disaster coming out in a 3rd world country, we just spam the wh*** country with food, meds and money (not that they don't need it), then sit back on our couches, cross our fingers and watch cnn and hope for something better.

We all have to realize that things wont get better if the country is…

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

It is 7'oclock, I was late home from work due to an assignment that i wanted to get ahead on. By the time I get home I am feeling extremley tired and I cannot be bothered to make a proper meal. I walk to the fridge and open it to see what there is for me to eat. All of the out of date foodstuffs have been automaticaly thrown away by the fridge, they will be recycled tomorrow as animal feed or something. I see i have organic local eggs and some local cheese. Foods are vacc** sealded for easy…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
