What I thought was my most favorite secret was the one told by Amy Smith, numer 2. If you ask the wrong people what they think it feels to lets say carry fifty pounds of firewood, their opinions wont matter. You have to ask the person who actually did the action how it feels like to do it. If we do this, then we can stop wasting time asking other people how it looks, or feels in their opinion and directly ask people who have done that certain action.

I am eating with my nieces and nephews from El Salvador, who came to visit. I live in NYC. The air is fresh, theirs this good auroma around. The sky's are clear. My food comes from my garden at home and from the vertically agricultural buildings outside my house.
