Who has the most creative idea for solving the water crisis?

How You Can Help. The best way to make a difference is by simply changing your mindset: Instead of thinking of your tap water as an infinite resource, think of it as having limits.

“When it comes to trying understand the challenges to understand water, I really think we focus too much on ‘scarcity.’ Water is, and always has been, scarce,” Cousteau says. “The truth is, we really need to go back to grade school Earth Science class and remember that water on the planet exists in an… Continue

Increase the food security of at least one person in your community.

Today,we mulched and we weeded in the school's garden. The thing we did today doesn't directly help to the food security. But if we keep doing it, then it is going to affect for the food security.

Design a new way to power something you use everyday.

If we could make electricity from the hydraulic pressure of the shower, the restroom, and water service, that will be cool for the environment.

Tell a creative story about how you're celebrating a special day in the year 2020.

A special day in the year 2020. I'm going to a trip with my friends. We take an airplane for it. The airplane uses the energy of Li-ion battery. Which is a family of rechargeable battery types in which lithium ions move from the negative electrode to the positive electrode during discharge, and back when charging. Chemistry, performance, cost, and safety characteristics vary across LIB types. Unlike lithium primary batteries (which are disposable), lithium-ion electrochemical cells use an… Continue

Who else is inventing creative, sustainable ways to power our everyday lives?

Jessica Lin and three other female Harvard University students—Jessica Matthews, Julia Silverman, and Hemali Thakkar—created sOccket to produce a soccer ball that generates cheap, clean, off-grid electricity when rolled. The sOccket ball captures the energy from impact that is normally lost to the environment when the soccer ball is kicked, dribbled, or thrown and stores this energy for later use.

I think this is a nice idea to creative power. Because we use natural energy for it, not like… Continue

It's March 10, 2020. What are you eating for dinner?

I'm eating dinner with my friend at a restaurant in Japan. Almost all of food are organic. They come from farms and the ocean. The dishes we are eating are Japanese traditional dishes. Those are rice with a red sea bream, miso-soup with edible wild plants, vinegared dish, sashimi (slices of raw fish),etc.

What's the biggest food security challenge near you?

Innovation not only will continue in agriculture, but will trickle down into it from highly advanced industries, such as the medical, defense, aerospace and computer industries, where new technologies deliver profit. As the latest technology advances within these industries become mass produced and less expensive, bright agricultural minds will watch, research and adapt these technologies to aid on-farm efficiency, produce new crops and animals, and much more.

MISSION1

< LEARN >

My favorite secret is “ Provide skills, not just finished technologies.”

; The current revolution in design for developing countries is the notion of co-creation, of teaching the skills necessary to create the solution, rather than simply providing the solution. By involving the community throughout the design process, you can help equip people to innovate and contribute to the evolution of the project. Furthermore, they acquire the skills needed to… Continue

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Stinging Nettle

In this blog post I will focus on a plant that is abundant in our nature, and which is immensely nutritious. It's of course the Stinging Nettle. Let's start with the chemical constituents of this plant:37 % Non-Nitrogen-Extracts19 - 29 % Ash9 - 21 % Fiber4 % Fat22 % ProteinOnce the leaves are drid, their protein content can reach an astounding 40 %, which is much higher than beef, which even under the best of circ**stances can never exceed 31 % protein. In addition the Stinging Nettle consists…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
