It is an ad campaing in Stockholm at the moment. It shows a picture of a fruit or vegetable and says:

Betrayed? 40% less nutrient than the 40 century. Our greens get less healthier because we have depleted the soil from traditional farming.

The solution is to change the system completely to Ecological farming, which will reduce the load on the sea, reduce the climate stress and benefit the biodiversity. To be a ecologic farmer requires more of biological knowledge and competence, which… Continue

Clean water innovation from Sweden

Solvatten is a household water treatment unit. The portable 10 liter container is a patented and scientifically proven Swedish invention. Put Solvatten in a sunny place, give it 2-6 hours
and the water will be drinkable. An indicator shows when it is safe to
drink.
Solvatten can also be used as a solar water heater, providing hot water for cooking and hygiene.

Act 1

I have chosen Project H Design because they design with people who lack access or creative capital and who need different solutions to their everyday. I admire their work cause of the innovative clash between social change and design in a various mix of different projects that reach out to so many areas. I shadowing them by following them on their web, become a fan on facebook - telling them how great their work is.

Talk to the people who have the problem – and LISTEN to what they have to say.

Since I'm very curious and interested in peoples behavior, perspectives and thoughts this is the secret I own. When I'm going to help someone I have to step aside and take in the person who has the problems through being very attentive. If I listen to what they say I can ask them questions to get closer to how to solve the problem. The… Continue

"I love that you've brought this to attention. An extensive database of uncommon but resistant and hardy plants/foods could be developed and organized by climate. Ease of growth and processing should also be taken in to account. I will try to…"

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More
