EVOKATION.

My final EVOKATION is very simple. I would like to start a basic medical research facility in Malawi Africa. Malawi doesn’t suffer a lot of civil war and turmoil that the rest of Africa suffers. So the investment in

the country would be a worthwhile and wouldn’t be destroyed in a short period

of time. I feel that if we build facilities like this in Africa we can get the

following benefits.…

Dark-Sites: Why they are not viable solution

While many agents may celebrate the idea of dark-sites they have many problems that have been overlooked. I am going to eloberate some of these so people may eventually finds way to get around such issues.

1. The internet may not be up.

One agent created a dark-site for a country under military invasion. Another agent put up a dark site for countries that are rioting. Here is the thing in any military op the first thing to do is to cut off the flow of information. The second… Continue

Evoke:Solvency to Ideological Impericism

People looked at the Conquisdors conquering of the middle and southern americas as an horror. People see the elimination of local information and practices as evil. Thing is that a person doesn't have to have the conquisdor symbol on their chest to be an agent of ideological impericism.

One might say "Well if we doc**ent ideas and beliefs then we have won. People don't practice the thought pattern but we have information about it." In all honesty this is stupid thinking. Why is that?… Continue

ACT 10

Scene 1

He enters into the restaurant. A dark man with a star of David with a crucifix inside. He has no hair on the top of his head. He has no markings on him at all that makes him standout. He sits at a table.

Waiter:What will it be?

Man: Water please.

Waiter: Tap or pure?

Man: Pure. I don't want to get lead poisoning.

A light skin woman walks in. At first glance she looks anglo in origin. Her red hair throws many off the trail that she is actually latino.… Continue

Crisis that I will most likely face in the future is a gasoline shortage. I could look online at places to buy fuel from but that is only post-poning the problem. The only thing that can be done is to find ways, while the electricity still works, to create alternative means of generating heat, means of travel, and operating machinery. Unfortunatly the latter will not be able to be fixed quicky. Hybrid cars will still fail so pure electric, low speed cars become the only option. The key element… Continue

In a case of an emergency the biggest way to focus peoples time and effort would be to establish a point of contact that is known in the community.I would organize religious leaders because they are the secondary sources of healing and leadership that the communities turns to.

Darksite versus knowledge base preparation. Here is the thing. If you have a dark site and you have to assume that the internet is available. The problem is that you are faced with individuals who will be without information due to an excessive serge of internet use. The better solution is talking to neighbors about feasible problems and doc**ent and store information in reciprocals that don't require the internet or energy. This insures that the information is accessible. If neighbors share… Continue

They call me "The Ancient." There is the name you are born with and the name you choose. I pass down the knowledge to two different people. The first group is those who I come in contact with. I tell them how to problem solve. I tell them how to think outside of the box. The second group of people I talk to are what is left of the Christian community. We have shrunk due to the fact of us choosing to be like the culture. I tell them the things that I said to my peers but they didn't heed. We can… Continue

"Why reporters like high-outrage, low-hazard stories

When the issue is not serious but people are upset, reporters have fun.

High-outrage low-hazard stories are fun to write, they get a lot of

attention. The editor likes them, the reader likes them.

Nothing is really at stake. Your use of sources becomes completely

different. You’re still an objective reporter, but you do several

things:"

I read through several of the case studies. Thing is that I found is that in most cases the state was not involved or the soul driving force. The local people where mainly in control. I think that the lesson is that when the people are presented with the problem and can give feedback and talk about the issue then solutions are possible and feasible. This puts a less tax on the state.

In Kansas City you have several things that provide urban reslience. The first is the local supported recycling program. You have the choice of curbside recycling and drop off recycling for bigger and more specfic materials. Next you have bio dumping places that turn yard waste into compost. The last thing you have is rain water retention program. This program is setup so that people can gather rain water to use for gardens so the water doesn't turn into waste water.

The problem during a chaos is that you have several problems. The first is that to assume current infostructure will be in place is foolish. This includes the internet. The next thing we have to face is the reality that social interaction would only spread the disease. This presents a paradox. How do you spread information without physical contact and without technology?

The best way to spread information and help is creating a grid and creating a safe zones every so many miles. These… Continue

Evoke: Ideological Imperialism is unavoidable.

The idea of imperialism has a negative ton in our post-modern society. The thing is that the EVOKE project is operating on an intellectual imperialism. One might say how is that possible? If we look at many posts on the site the obvious and easiest solution is to change the culture and to an extent force it to change. Many of the solutions are western and technological in focus. This limits the scope of ideas that are accepted as well as limit the ideas to be implemented. The ultimate end of… Continue

I spared my coin and did not give it out. I decided that the biggest flaw of feminist thought was that money was the grand equalizer of the sexes. I decided instead of giving my money I decided to teach women how to save and invest money. I showed them the health values of learning how to cook healthy meals instead of depending on fast food. I told them the power of mental strength. I taught the value of the long game and not just the immediate. I told them them the value of working with other… Continue

I mentor a lot to young men. I am currently unemployed. My goal is to find a young girl to mentor. The problem is this. For an older man to take a younger woman under your wing looks bad. Even if you are trying to help the individual exploitation or sexual advantage appears to be leveraged against the male. The needs and goals of women are different then men. How they want to approach things is a lot different. I think the illusion is that you can not teach and mentor men and women in the same… Continue

I have tried various forms of alternative currencies in various video games. Even with a the consumption of goods inflation and the have-nots are apparent. The problem with any currency system is that it is based on work. Someone will have to work and translate that work into something useful for themselves. This is the core of money that doesn't go away is that one is trading time and effort for someone elses time and effort.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
