A crash course in changing the world.
In 2022 I hope I´m living in a nice house with my wife and my kids in some place in the world I like and am happy to live in, whereever that might be.
As I keep on dreaming that one day I will be self-employed it would be nice to work in my own (and quite successfull) company with great people on great innovations which will be enjoyed by people all over the world and will help them making there life better/ easier.

I choose Guy Kawasaki as my social innovation role model, because I´ve already read his articles and blog posts for a few months now, so I´ve known him before and really like the way he talks about innovation and great ideas and since I am interested in the japanase culture as well, he is the perfect choice for me.
I´m also going to read one or more of his books, hoping that they´re going to help me generating great ideas and focusing on problems, too.

There are a few secrets I really like, but if I have to opt for one it would be the "Do the hard work needed to find a simple solution." (our world is complex enough, I think there is no need for even more complexity), because I think if you really focus on a special thing/ problem and keep on thinking it over and over again you will finally get to a point where you´ve extracted the main aspects of the problem and be able to reduce its complexity and solve it effective and efficient, so that…
