Fresno Farmworkers And Children

The group within Fresno County hardest hit by food insecurity are the local farmworkers and their children. The problems seem to stem in part from low income, the fact that many of these farmworkers are not doc**ented citizens, the farmworkers migrate with the seasons, and that many do not use food stamps even if they are eligible. Understand-Imagine-Innovate

Understand by observing the environment, infrastructure, culture and lives of people by being there.



I think one of the greatest tools of any social innovator is understanding. Through the ability to see through the eyes of others can you truly imagine what would best help them.
