As a teenager I traveled to Cuetzalan in the sierra in the State of Puebla Mexico. I went to a little town around Cuetzalan and learned about traditional indigenous medicine. They had plant based medicines for many diseases. It´s fascinating how traditional medicine is still practiced in all Mexico. Biodiversity and preserving our cultural traditions are extremely important for the future of Humanity.
