I am sure because I´ve seen it that there is a lot of talented people with highly developed social and networking skills. We need a group of people that are… Continue

Embodied Energy = eMergy

Every single object produced has an amount of energy in it´s manufacture. This includes every brick in every house, every piece of clothes that you wear. eMergy yes with an M instead of an n is a way of measuring this energy requirements. It´s a very holistic approach to measure energy since it takes in account all the energy since its a raw material extraction, transport,… Continue

Energy requiered to produce a Pound of Food

Everything is connected. Energy is required to produce our food so here

is an interesting chart

http://www.treehugger.com/files/2010/03/energy-required-for-pound-of-food.php ;

this could change if the production systems change and if they are less

dependent on non-renewable sources of energy.

To this we should add the energy required for food transportation and… Continue

Learn02 Food Security 02

Currently Mexico imports 42.5% of all our food. Food sovereignty is a big issue in Mexico, since our currency is weak it is important not to depend on fluctuations of our currency. If the Mexican Peso looses value against the currencies of countries that sell us foods then immediately we we have to pay much more. Local food production and food sovereignty are the solution to this problem.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development.The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
