I would imagine a meal in 2020 with my parents on a visit, and the meal would be cooked by my mother.
The meal would be one of my favorites, cabbage soup with carrots. Most likely that we'll be in Thailand, and DoiKham will still be popular, mother would've gotten the ingredients from the local market, and buying the DoiKham products.
By then, DoiKham would have more innovative agriculture that produce these chemical free products.
The Dish would be called Cabbage Soup with Carrots. Since my mother always added salt to the soup, the soup would be a bit salty, but a nice taste (my favorite taste).
Even by 2020, the meal would taste similar to now, but would be more healthy provided the fact that she would be using chemical free crops from improved agriculture programs.
