A crash course in changing the world.
Daily, I usually shower or bathe for more than hour. This wastes a lot of hot water. So, I'll lower that time of showering down to about half an hour. Also, when I'm brushing my teeth or scrubbing my face with facewash, I'll turn off the tap until I'm done. I use a hair straightner and blow dryer almost daily, I can cut this use of hair neccesities down to a few times a week because it takes up a lot of energy since it takes alot of time. I also notice when I use my blow dryer, the celing light of my room dims a little until I turn it off. I charge my phone even when a lose a few bars of battery, instead I'll wait until I really need to charge it when it finishes all of its battery bars. Also, I've heard that even if your not using the device but you keep it plugged in in the outlet, you're still using a little bit of energy. So, I won't be lazy next time and unplug all the chargers and things I'm not using. Saving energy and making your own to power could be simple and easy.
