Urgent Evoke

A crash course in changing the world.

BIO: Scratchy lives inside each one of us. He has no absolute form and proportions, there are no limits about his size or look. Once summoned he helps writers by giving them creative colorful ideas. Scratchy's always there to eliminate the fear of the empty white sheet of paper.

Superpowers: Can move your pen from distance, gives inspiration, gets your thought out of the box, breaks boring text flows, creates interest

Scratchy likes: COLORS

Scratchy dislikes: Lines, Limits, Borders, Boxes, Restrictions

When he has ideas they pop out of his head in the form of color scratches, this way coloring his hair. Scratchy lives inside each one of us! So next time you sit in front of the white sheet of paper trying to write something but experiencing lack of inspiration, just call Scratchy! Draw him in the corner of your notebook and he'll start using his superpowers. But be careful - you should color his hair to power him up!

Scratchy makes your pen move, your thoughts and imagination flow like a neverending stream! Just summon him and see what happens! :)

How do I summon Scratchy?! I just draw him how I expect him to look like, or should he resemble your Scratchy?`

I like Scratchy a lot!

You just draw him somewhere on the sheet of paper. Try not using lines, but scratches, and don't forget to color his hair ;) Scratchy doesn't have a standard appearance and proportions. I made my Scratchy a superhero because I felt it this way. You can turn him into whoever you like.

Try summoning this fellow when you get stuck in front of the empty white sheet of paper in class for example, or during exam, and you just can't begin writing. He will help you,. I promise, and by the way this is not just fiction - I have a logic explanation:

When you're stuck you experience a moment lack of creativity, you feel like your head's empty. Drawing helps you wake up your imagination. Furthermore, when you think about the story of Scratchy and add the colors, your brain activates the centers responsible for the imagination and creativity. It's like a warm-up.

I'm a journalist here in Bulgaria and since I invented the Scratchy concept I felt a considerable improvement in my articles.

I really enjoyed the "colorful ides."

I also like the part that he is in all of us. All these open thoughts allow us to create new ones. :)

I award you +1 Creativity.

Fourth of July on the Lake

This past weekend was the annual celebration at the lake house in Connecticut. It is amazing that the lake is still so clear and beautiful after all these years. The watershed association has done a wonderful job protecting these waters from the damaging effects of development. The wood grill was finally ready to cook on, so we didn't miss the propane tank fueled grill anymore. The food actually tasted fresher than in the past and was easy to keep fueled.Dad was very proud of the solar hybrid…See More

Future

FutureToday is 2020/1/1. It is just like yesterday. The war is still continuing. It has started since 2010. In 2010, that year was a horrible year. Almost every energy ran out. Every country’s governments were crushed down at the same time. There were riots everywhere. All of the big company’s bosses were killed xdeadx in the riots. Troops fought each other everywhere. Food was bought up xawayx at once. There were no more food supplies in any shops. The economy was all crushed down. All the…See More

public servants

The exchange works directly for state and public workers and servants. It gives them credit in exchange for the amount of public work they contribute to the community. The more constructive they are based off a base rate the more credit they recieve.
