1. Challenges
In season 2, I'd like EVOKE to directly engage climate change, in three areas
-Advocating/innovating harm reduction strategies
-Preparing for the big disasters to come (already present in season 1)
-Opposing the large corporate interests and other factions that are forestalling significant progress
2. Locations
-China
-The deeply partisan political divides, including the USA and other first world countries
3. Who should play?
-More students, please?
-Better ways to promote the game to college and high school groups
-Better integration with facebook (I don't like their privacy policies but they are the big name in town)
4. Game changes/new tools
-Challenges that incorporate group work
-Reward system for commenting
-A way to spend Evoke points
-A better mentoring system. I never did figure out how ours worked, really
-A better comic viewing system. It's quite annoying having to scroll up and down each time, and skip back from page 7 when I skip to a new episode. Plus, a way to link to individual pages would be great.
-More mysteries to be actually solved from the episodes
-Time estimates on each mission/quest. This would help a lot in promoting to teachers and involving students
-A much simpler mission/blogging/tagging system. This one was very chaotic
-Some kind of future-casting fiction-building system like the one used for the signtific.org cubesat game
5. What will bring me back?
-Some kind of future-casting fiction-building system like the one used
for the signtific.org cubesat game
-Probably I'll be back no matter what.
Thanks to all the architects and players for an engaging time!
